RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us.
Because of that, Ella Ember is happy to accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for refund or exchange when items are returned within 30 days (with original hang-tags attached). Your refund for the returned merchandise will be credited back to the original order payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will not be applied on any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser weight.
If your item is returned after 30 days but within 90 days, your refund will be issued as a merchandise credit to be used towards your next purchase or exchange.
Items returned after 90 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
To return an item for refund, please print and fill out our Return/Exchange Form and include it the return package. Send your item with a copy of its invoice.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 weeks.
If you are not approved for a refund, the item will be shipped back to you.
If you need to exchange an item, please print and fill out our Return/Exchange Form indicating the reasons for the exchange, and include it the return package. Send your item with a copy of its invoice.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was originally shipped to the gift-giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser. (This will, in turn, notify the gift-giver of the return.)
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time your exchanged product takes to reach you might vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
